Our canopies are ideal for protecting your car from rain, sun, hail and snow, and their unique design is the centerpiece of every backyard. We manufacture them from sawn timber and laminated wood of conifers using the highest quality melamine glue. Every part of the wooden structure is sanded to ensure smooth surface for applying quality azure paint that is applied in two coats. This achieves a glossy finish and longevity of the wood. Color as desired. Metal parts are also protected by two coats of paint, and if desired, hot-dip galvanized. Cover depends on the wishes of the customer, and the model.
We produce them in a version for 1 and 2 parking spaces. For more parking spaces, carports are simply linked together in a single unit. Carport is mounted on steel foundation previously prepared in the workshop which is lowered into the ground. Pits with the foundations are then covered and foundations are not visible. Conecting to already finished concrete base is not an option due to excessive stress on the joint with concrete base and as such is impractical.
As the cover, corrugated sheet, lexan and glass can be used. Other coverings such as tiles or shingles are not an option due to the low roof slope (5%).
Model for 2 parking spaces has roof surface of 5.4 x 5.8 m (31.32 m2) and parking area has a width of 5m. These dimensions are approximate and can be adapted to conditions on the site.
Carport is made as one parking space version. For more parking spaces, carports are simply linked together in a single unit.
There is a possibility of complete closure of some parking lots to provide space that can serve as storage.
Mounting is possible on finished concrete base or concrete foundations are prepared in our workshop and lowered into the ground. In some cases it is possible to put foundations on the ground surface.
The distance between the columns depends on the situation on the ground, customer requirements and feasibility.
The cover can be used corrugated sheet, lexan or glass. Other covers like tiles or shingles are not an option due to the low roof slope (5%).
